This site is a preview of an upcoming car rental platform. No bookings, payments or rentals can be made here.

Submitting either form does not create a contract, partnership, reservation or guaranteed price. Any partnership with suppliers or resellers will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Launch dates, features, destinations, prices and offers shown are indicative and may change without notice.

You agree to provide truthful information and only submit details you are authorised to share (for businesses, on behalf of the company you represent).

You must not misuse the site, including submitting spam, false or automated entries, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with its operation.

The Rentective name, logo, design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

We may update this page. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Partner form (businesses)

• Company name, country, website
• Business type (supplier, reseller, or both)
• Contact person's name, job title, business email and phone
• Fleet size, locations or distribution channels (if provided)
• Your message

Traveller form

• Name (optional) and email address
• Country of residence
• Travel interests you choose to share (e.g. destinations, travel dates)

Automatically

• Basic technical data (IP address, browser, device) needed to run and secure the site
• Cookie data, only as described in Section 4

We do not ask for payment details, ID documents or any sensitive (special category) data. Please do not include such data in free-text fields.

We do not sell your data and do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

Only with trusted service providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• our newsletter tool
• our website hosting provider
• our email service provider
• our customer support team

And, where required, with authorities or professional advisers. If Rentective is involved in a merger or investment, data may be shared under confidentiality.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, plus additional safeguards where needed.

• Traveller data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, or at most 12 months after platform launch if you have not engaged with us.
• Partner data: up to 24 months from your submission if no agreement is signed. If we sign an agreement, data is kept as required by that relationship and applicable law.
• Technical logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate an incident.

You have the right to:

• access your data
• correct inaccurate data
• delete your data
• restrict or object to processing (including direct marketing, at any time)
• data portability
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing

To exercise any right, email sales@rentective.com. We reply within a month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus), www.dataprotection.gov.cy, or with the data protection authority in your country.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and trusted providers. No online service is fully risk-free, so please contact us if you suspect any issue.

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
